Meadowlake Pet Resort & Training Center are more than just Kinn Kleanbowl users. Over the years, they’ve become some of our close friends. We love being able to utilize their skills and knowledge to help us improve upon Kinn’s mission and develop new products.

We sat down with some of the staff members and asked them questions about their experience with Kinn Kleanbowls. Check out what they had to say.

 

1) When did you start using Kleanbowl?

Our original location began using the Kleanbowls for water in the Summer of 2018. Our second location lodging department started using the Kleanbowls for water the very first day they opened, November 20th 2018. Later both locations switched to using them for feeding as well in March 2019.

2) Why did you feel the need to try Kleanbowl?

We were eager to have an easier way to maintain cleaner, fresher water as well as reduced labor from washing dishes.

3) What did you notice when you switched to Kleanbowl?

Lodging managers noticed immediately the amount of time employees saved in contrast to washing  many metal bowls and buckets.

4) Was there an improvement in staff morale once you switched to Kleanbowl?

Yes, department cleanliness improved and the staff seemed to appreciate spending less time washing dishes! They also  loved the concept and thought it was cool that the company invested in something like this.

5) What would you say to someone if they were on the fence about switching to Kleanbowl?

We highly recommend giving them a try!  They will not only help reduce labor cost and improve staff morale, but will help maintain the health and happiness of pets during their stay.

6) Do you think switching to Kleanbowl has made a difference in your business and the way your staff interacts and feels while at work?

Yes, employees are able to focus more on other aspects of their jobs and get through sections quickly and easily.  Our lodging staff also enjoys not having to wash a multitude of dishes at the end of their shift, and are content when able to go home on time.

7) Did you expect Kleanbowl to change your business as much/little as it did?

We have been pleasantly surprised with our experience thus far!

8) Would you recommend Kleanbowl?

Absolutely!
