Refunds

Our No-Hassle Return policy gives you peace of mind to enjoy the purchase in your home for up to 30 days.

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If, for any reason, you are not 100 percent satisfied with your selection, please return it within 30 days. We will exchange it or refund the merchandise price paid, plus any applicable sales tax.

We make returns easy! Simply follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed with your order and send it to:

Please include the original packing slip. Send your return to us via the shipper of your choice; you pay for postage at the point of return.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Kinn, Inc. will do everything possible to accommodate order changes and cancellations. However, to provide the best service possible most in stock orders are processed immediately. If your order has already been processed or has already left our warehouse we are unable to stop or make any order adjustments.

Damaged or Incorrect Order

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please refer to our return and exchange policy, please email us at customerservice@kinninc.com with information as to what is wrong with the item and whether you are requesting an exchange or a refund. Please include your order number.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received at our distribution center, Kinn, Inc. will credit your account within 14 business days and it will show on your next credit card statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have a question about your refund, please email us at customerservice@kinninc.com.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Kinn, Inc. warrants their products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product. If a defect in material or workmanship occurs, email customerservice@kinninc.com for instructions on how to have the defective product repaired or replaced free of charge.

Limitations

This warranty only covers Kinn, Inc.’s assembled products and is not extended to other components or equipment that may be used in conjunction with the product.

This warranty is extended to the original purchaser of the product. A purchase receipt or other approved proof of purchase is required before warranty service or replacement will be rendered.

Unauthorized service or modification to this product or any furnished component will void this warranty in its entirety.

This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranty, representation or condition of merchantability or that the products are fit for any particular purpose or use, and specifically in lieu of all special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to any loss of business or profits, whether or not foreseeable) resulting from the use of the product or arising out of any breach of this warranty.

Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply.

This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Not covered:

  • Replaceable parts including but not limited to Katalyst, Kapsule, Knozzle, Kroc Belly and Krunch.
  • Failure of the product as result of an accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, or faulty installation, or any other failure not relating to faulty material or workmanship.
  • Damage caused by separately purchased products or parts not manufactured by Kinn, Inc.
  • Reimbursement for inconvenience, installation, setup time, loss of use, or unauthorized service.
