Kinn (, a manufacturer of high-quality products for pets and their people, is expanding into the pet specialty channel. Jack Drasner of PRISM, Pet Results In Sales and Marketing, will lead the North American sales efforts in the pet specialty channel.

Drasner has over 39 years of experience in retail ownership and executive sales, having held positions at Old Mother Hubbard Pet Food Company, Triumph Pet Foods, 21st Century Consulting, Chomp, Inc. and Natures’ Earth Products. He founded PRISM in 1998, where he utilizes his experience to develop retail channels for companies in the pet consumer packaged goods industry.

“As Kinn expands our distribution beyond the established veterinary channel into the pet specialty retail space, we are excited to have Jack Join us to spearhead our sales growth,” said Alex McKinnon, CEO of Kinn, Inc. “Jacks strong expertise, track record and relationships have played a major role in growing the businesses for numerous pet-care retailers, distributors and manufacturers, and his skill set and reputation will be important assets, as Kinn enters exciting new growth categories such as biodegradable disposable bowls, and plush-comfort collars and leashes.”

Kinn ( has expanded its distribution network with the addition of United Pacific Pet and Zeigler’s Distributor. The two companies will distribute Kinn products throughout the East and West Coast markets.

Ziegler’s will distribute the full line of Kinn products throughout Eastern Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey and Eastern West Virginia.

United Pacific Pet will offer Kinn products in the Southern California and Las Vegas territories.
